The practice, guided by Tania Love, is suitable for both beginner and intermediate levels. You will explore breath practice that calms and energizes and asanas or postures that open your body and mind to new ways of exploring movement and stillness, strength and flexibility. You will be lulled into a deep guided relaxation.

Tania Love has been practicing yoga for over a decade and has trained nationally and internationally. She lives and teaches in Elora, Ontario.
